Name:
2-Long
This
chopper has a 5" up-stretch & 5" backbone
stretch with 50 degrees in the neck & an additional
7 degrees in the triple trees. The forks are 20"
over, total bike length is 10'-8". The motor is
a polished 100 cubic inch S&S with a polished Rev-Tech
transmission.
Special
Features: The rear wheel is a 18x9.5 Dayton 120
spoke radial laced car wheel with a rear hub to adapt
it to the bike. The 3 bar knockoff actually holds it
all together. Everything is hidden, all wiring runs
internally through the frame, oil filter is in the outer
primary, voltage regulator is under the transmission.
Paint is House Of Color cobalt blue with lime green
flames.

rear brake pedal operates the front & rear brakes
with a hidden adjustable proportioning valve. All of the
wiring & lines are hidden including the plug wires,
ignition switch, coil & regulator. Paint is House
of Color Emerald green candy with candy purple flames. |

Green Heat
This
bike started life as a BMC chopper. It was completely
disassemble& rebuilt Big Daddy Choppers Inc. style.
The frame was chopped up & a pointed single down-tube
was added along with taking the rake out to a total
of 50 degrees. The frame has 6" up stretch &
2" backbone stretch. The forks are 12" over.
It has a sportster tank that has a flat bottom with
hidden mounts & a flush pop-up cap. The rear of
the frame is also stretched with points added at the
rear. The rear fender was fabricated with internal struts
& notched recesses in the side for the chain to
pass through. The motor is a 100 cubic inch Rev-Tech
& a Rev-Tech transmission with a suicide shifter
with the clutch lever mounted on it.

The Gangster
This
bike is old faithful, 7 years old & as strong as
ever. It has a hopped-up S&S 113 motor & 5 speed
transmission. The frame has 4" backbone & no
up-stretch with 45 degrees of rake. Paint is House Of
Color tangerine sunset candy with tangerine candy ghost
flames. This is what got it all started.
This
chopper can outrun just about anything on the road!

Pro
street right side drive soft-tail with Legends air ride suspension.
The front forks are from American suspension, and they are
56mm inverted Phantom design that have a hidden caliper and
brake line. All of the frame and sheetmetal was done in house
at Big Daddy Choppers, Inc. The frame has a + 5" curved
backbone & a - 2" curved single downtube. The swingarm
is from HHI. The wheels, rotors & sprocket are custom
one - off designed with the customers company logo incorporated
into them. The engine was also built in house, it is a 97
cubic inch with Delkron cases , Patrick Racing cylinders &
heads.

Transmission
is a chrome billet Baker RSD with the rear brake incorporated
into it. Handlebars are from Custom Cycle Controls & everything
is completely hidden. The paint was done by David Johnson in
Phoenix City Ala. Stay tuned for images of completed bike very

Custom Build Pan Head
The
Panhead is being built for John Hupher. It is a Kraftech
frame with 2" stretch in the downtubes and a stock
backbone. The gas tank & oil tank were done in house
& the rear fender is from Milwaukee Iron. The engine
is a 93 cubic inch Pan from Accurate Engineering, the
transmission is a Rev-Tech 5 sp. with a hydraulic clutch.
Wheels are Carriage Works. The exhaust is a custom design
long straight drag pipe. The seat pan was made in house
and covered by Wilsons Upholstery in leather and ostrich.

paint is a custom mix Black Cherry with ghost flames done by
Philip Zuker at City Body Works. This bike will be for sale
upon completion. |
